Our matcha is sourced exclusively from the Asahi region in Japan, using first-harvest ichibancha leaves, stone-milled in small batches.

Yes, all our powders (Matcha, Strawberry Matcha, Vanilla Matcha, and Ube Halaya) are naturally vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. No added sugars, no additives, no colorants.
Where does your matcha come from?
Our matcha is sourced exclusively from Japan’s Asahi region, a terroir widely regarded as one of the highest standards for ceremonial-grade matcha.
We use first-harvest leaves (ichibancha), traditionally shaded before harvest, then slowly stone-milled to preserve color, aroma, and nutrients.
Where does your ube come from?
Our ube halaya powder is sourced from the Philippines, where ube is traditionally grown and cultivated.
We work with local partner farmers who specialize in ube varieties known for their deep color, natural sweetness, and creamy texture.
